Refund policy

Post packs
If you don't like the first 3 posts I send you, tell me before anything is scheduled and you'll get a full refund. Once your posts are approved and scheduled, the pack can't be refunded.

January pre-order
Cancel any time before work starts in December for a full refund.

Websites
Your deposit or payment is fully refundable until I start building. After that, if I can't deliver what the product page describes, you get a full refund. Once you approve the preview and the site launches, payments can't be refunded.

Template pack
Digital downloads can't be returned once downloaded. If a file doesn't work, tell me and I'll fix it or refund you.

How to ask for a refund
Send a message through the Contact page with your order number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
